One of the world’s leading trade shows for vintage, classic, and prestige cars, as well as motorsports, motorcycles, spare parts, restoration, and club meetings, is Techno-Classica Essen. Founded in 1989, the event has been held yearly at Messe Essen in Germany and has drawn exhibitors and attendees from all over the world.
The 35th and last edition of Techno-Classica Essen will take place from April 9–13, 2025, before it merges with Retro Classics in 2026. Around 200 car clubs and more than 1,000 exhibitors from more than 30 nations will be present at the event, which will showcase almost 3,000 vehicles, many of which will be for sale.
Techno-Classica Essen provides a complete platform for manufacturers, dealers, collectors, and enthusiasts to explore a wide range of vintage automobiles, spare parts, automobilia, and related services. The exhibition space spans 120,000 square meters and is divided between several halls and outdoor areas.
The 2025 event offers a rare chance for attendees to see this legendary exhibition in its original form, as it will be the last Techno-Classica Essen before switching to Retro Classics Essen in 2026.
